Balanomorpha ring
$285.00

Oxidised sterling silver and Ceylon Sapphire ring.
This ring comes from my wanderings on New Zealand beaches. The Balanomorpha is a suborder of the barnacle, containing acorn barnacles of the seashore. I have a fascination with symbiotic relationships in nature and this ring depicts this idea.
The ring is made by melting silver wire into tiny blobs, fabricating a setting and soldering on to a ring shank, the stone is set by me.
Approximate dimensions: 22mm x 24mm x 1.5mm
Please note: This ring is made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks to be shipped.
