Will I receive something in the post once I have purchased a class or workshop?

The answer is NO (with one exception). What you are purchasing is a virtual ticket to allow you to attend a class or workshop. Once I have received your order, you will get notification via email to confirm your place. Closer to the class or workshop another email will be sent giving you details about what to wear, bring and any other relevant information. 

The exception: If you purchase a Gift Certificate, I will send you the certificate in the post. So, make sure your address details are current when placing the order. 

Gift Certificates 

Gift Certificates are listed for specific values relating to class and workshop listings. They are valid strictly for 12 months from the date of purchase. Details on how to redeem the Gift Certificates are on the actual certificate and each card has a unique code for identification purposes.

Each Gift Certificate is sent via regular Australia Post FREE OF CHARGE

Do you send Gift Certificates Express Post?

Yes, I am happy to send you the Certificate via Express Post for an addition charge of $9. 

Can I swap my class time for another if I don't feel like attending it? 

No, all bookings are non-refundable and non-redeemable. There are some exceptions and you will need to contact me to discuss your options. 

Do you do make-up sessions for missed classes? 

Unfortunately not. 

What happens if a class doesn't fill?

In this case, I may run a session with minimum numbers, but if it is not viable, I would postpone the class or workshop and you would be notified of new dates and times. If this does not suit you, I am happy to provide you with a full refund.
